YSL Beauty celebrated the launch of their Love Club with an immersive, sensorial experience centered on self-expression, connection, and craftsmanship. Guests were invited to step into the world of YSL Beauté through personalized touchpoints: From custom engravings, gifts and signature cocktails to a makeup masterclass and curated content creation moments.
THE ASK
Gradient was tasked with bringing the spirit of YSL Love Club to life through a bold, elegant experiential event. From custom vanity stations with branded mirrors to product sampling displays, floral installations, engraved and hand-painted keepsakes, every detail was designed to reflect YSL’s minimalist luxury and celebrate beauty as an act of self-love.

ENTRANCE
Guests were welcomed through a sleek, minimalist check-in moment framed by rich caramel drapery and a mirrored YSL Beauté podium. The experience begins with the guests’ “Love Club” ID card stamped with the brand’s signature heart seal that guests received previous to the experience.
The YSL Beauty Masterclass offered guests an intimate, hands-on experience led by YSL’s main professional makeup artist. Each attendee was seated at a custom-designed vanity, complete with custom mirrors and precise product placements — creating a sleek, atelier-like setup that blended artistry, luxury, and personalized education.
YSL MAKEUP MASTERCLASS
PRODUCT SAMPLING
The product sampling area invited guests to discover the latest, never-before seen YSL Love Club products through a tactile, boutique menu style display. Each product was gracefully arranged on mirrored pedestals and marble counters, featuring blushes, lipsticks, and signature scents presented like objets d’art, transforming the space into a beauty gallery that celebrated texture, color, and craftsmanship.
PERSONALIZED CHARM BAR
To make this experience even more tailored to each influencer, we offered a minimalist charm bar that allowed guests to create their own lipstick charm magnet.
THE EDITORIAL LOUNGE
Designed as a sophisticated storytelling zone, the Editorial Lounge offered guests the perfect environment to create striking content. With panoramic city views, rich velvet seating, and branded details, every angle was curated to capture the essence of YSL Beauté.
ENGRAVING
Guests had the chance to personalize their fragrance bottles and lipsticks with custom engraving. Each piece was etched in gold script, adding a luxurious and intimate and personal touch to the experience.
A live watercolor artist captured each guest’s portrait, highlighting their makeup look and individual beauty. This activation merged art and beauty, turning every guest into a muse.
